Lead A Circle

Are you an experienced Entrepreneur who also is a Coach, Consultant or Facilitator?

Would you be interested in being a part of the change in seeing higher profitability and sustainability for women entrepreneurs?

For 2010, we have created our 100 Circles campaign.  This will be comprised of Licensed Facilitators from across the country that are committed to making a difference in the lives and businesses of the 12 women entrepreneurs of each Victory Circle.  100 x 12 equates to 1200 women who will come together to change the current earning statistics for women owned businesses.  In other words … we are going to blow off the self imposed glass ceiling that has held back the majority of women in business for over 50 years.    

By becoming a Victory Circles Facilitator you will bring together women entrepreneurs of your community. You will offer the support and foundation for the muti-tasking mavens of the entrepreneurial world.  Our turnkey program allows you to easily mentor and coach the women of your Circle while continuing to run your own business ventures.  

You will be the light to move your own Victory Circle members forward.  But first, ask yourself if you have the qualifications required:

But first, here are the qualifications required:

• You must be a living, breathing, Entrepreneur. This means that you get it. You get the passion, joy, pain and fear that it takes to bring an entrepreneurial dream to life.
• You must possess a passion for empowering your fellow woman Entrepreneur.
• You must enjoy the process of leading a group while adapting to the updated methods of the Mastermind elements that were first laid out by Napoleon Hill.
• You must want to create a Circle of women that will in fact change each others lives.
• You must have a warm and easy going sense of humor, enjoying even the smallest possibilities life has to offer.

Our Facilitators are required to attend our extensive certification training program.  This training program includes a six week telecourse as well as 2-day in person intensive located Boulder, Colorado.

There will be two more opportunities in 2010 for training and certification:

June  - The two-day Boulder, Colorado intensive is June 11th and 12th, 2010 from 9am to 5pm mst. 

August - The two-day Boulder, Colorado intensive is August 20th and 21st.
