By becoming a Victory Circles Facilitator you will be a part of the catalyst that brings together the women entrepreneurs in your own community. You will offer the support, encouragement and foundational business strategies for the muti-tasking mavens from your geographical entrepreneurial world. Our turnkey program allows you to easily mentor and coach the women of your Circle while continuing to run your own business ventures. You will be the light to move your own Victory Circle members forward. But first, ask yourself if you have the qualifications required:
- Are you a living, breathing, Entrepreneur? In other words you get it. You know the passion, joy, pain and fear that it takes to bring an entrepreneurial dream to life.
- Do you possess a passion for empowering your fellow woman Entrepreneur? Becoming a mentor and point of inspiration is critical in the role you play.
- Can you lead and facilitate a group that over the course of two hours each month will be the strong hold and source of hope for many of your members.
- Is it possible for you to bring together a well rounded group of women that will change each others lives?
- Could you easily describe your personality as warm and easy going with a sense of humor who enjoys even the smallest possibilities life has to offer?
If you answered yes to all five of these requirements, then you are ready for an unparalleled training and certification experience! Here is what will happen.
Step 1. Request a Victory Circles Facilitator Opportunity Guide by Emailing Us and put Leading a Circle in the subject line.
Step 2. Upon your review and agreement of the contents found in the Facilitator Opportunity Guide you would submit the Facilitator Application that is found within the packet.
Step 3. Attend the Tele-training starting July 28, 2010 and the live Facilitator Training and Certification in Boulder, Colorado September 30 and October 1, 2, 2010
Facilitator and Profit Coach Certification Program Outline:
- Three-day in person intensive located in Boulder, Colorado. If you have never been to Boulder, Colorado you are in for a treat. Located at the base of the Rocky Mountains of northeastern Colorado, Boulder is rich in history and a diverse, unparalleled beauty. Just 25 miles north of Denver.
- Four-week Master Mind tele-coaching that will further enhance in the materials and follow-up from the three-day intensive.
- Six-Week Destination Greatness tele-training taught by Laurie Taylor Growth Curve Specialist followed up with 6 monthly telecoaching sessions.
- Three-week Building Buyer Confidence tele-training taught by Sales Coach Liz Wendling.
