Trish Thomas

Trish Thomas is the owner of Akamai Consulting, LLC and has been an active participant in the original Victory Circle since 2006. With over fifteen years of business management experience spanning a wide range of industries, including operating her own small businesses, she is a natural entrepreneur with a passion for small business. Her specialty through Akamai Consulting is helping small to mid-size companies grow, transform and succeed. She has earned a bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems and holds a Masters of Business Administration in Management and Strategy. In starting her own ventures, she has gained a personal, in-depth knowledge of the challenges and joys of launching and running a small business – and has realized the importance of building strong bonds and support networks with other professional women.
Trish lives in Longmont with her husband, Will, and her eleven year old daughter, Lydia. In her personal time she enjoys music, painting, gardening and hosting frequent parties with friends and neighbors. She is active in the community, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, many local networking and philanthropic groups, and dedicates 10% of her business hours to pro bono work. Her own wonderful experiences in the Victory Circle were the impetus for facilitating her own group, and Trish is excited about sharing the energy, support, friendships and professional guidance that she has gained with other women in the community.
